Tridah is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization providing free, open-source digital tools and services. Our primary platform, TridahDrive, offers organizational tools including drive management, invoicing, project management, and related services.

Use of Services

You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

  • Use the Services in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe upon the rights of others
  • Transmit any harmful code, viruses, or malicious software
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or user accounts
  • Use the Services to spam, harass, or harm others
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Services or servers
  • Use automated systems to access the Services without permission

Open Source Software

Many of our Services are provided as open-source software. Our open-source projects are typically licensed under permissive open-source licenses (such as MIT, Apache 2.0, or similar). You are free to:

  • Use, modify, and distribute our open-source code
  • Contribute to our projects
  • Fork and create derivative works

Account Responsibility

If you create an account with our Services:

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
  • You must be at least 13 years old to create an account

Content and Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain ownership of any content you create, upload, or store using our Services. By using our Services, you grant us a limited license to use, store, and process your content as necessary to provide the Services.

Indemnification

Termination
